Dear %PERS_NAME%,

SpArtTT (Think Tank) 2006 and SpArta Training Awards will be held in Melbourne on 13th July 2006.

SpArtTT (Think Tank) 2006 'Content and Community'

SpArtTT 2006 follows on from the success of last years highly acclaimed SpArt 2005. The theme of "Content and Community’ will highlight the importance of the SpArt Industries (Sport, Art, Culture, Recreation and Entertainment) in providing ‘Content’ for Events and in being the focal point in ‘Community’ building and engagement. Underlying this is the need to discover what the SpArt workforce will look like in the next 5 to 20 years.

The SpArt sectors are currently being showcased at the Commonwealth Games and the cultural festivals throughout Victoria. We need to capitalise on this and highlight what goes on behind the scenes to make a vibrant skilled SpArt community. SpArtTT aims to bring industry, government, education and training sectors together to engage in rigorous debate and discussion around these issues.

The program will be innovative, different from a conventional conference. It will be interactive with a chance for all participants to contribute to discussion. SpArtTT will bring the sectors together to speak with one voice but it will also give participants the opportunity to get involved at a sector specific level.
